CBD has been legal since 2018 by the federal government on passing of the 2018 farm bill. But that doesn’t mean each state has approved CBD. We have compiled an updated list of each state’s current laws.

CBD oil is derived from hemp plants that have high levels of cannabidiol (CBD) and low levels of THC. At Hemp Healthy Naturals, our CBD oils always have less than 0.3% THC or No THC at all. CBD content of CBD oil can vary tremendously across different vendors due to the varying quality of hemp that’s used, as well as varying preparation and extraction techniques. Our hemp is grown and harvested organically in Oregon. At Hemp Healthy Naturals, we use solvent-free CO2 extraction; in other words, using the CO2 from the air we breathe to extract the beneficial molecules.

Scientifically, industrial hemp and marijuana are the same plant, with a genus and species name of Cannabis sativa. They have a unique genetic profile, however. Typically, industrial hemp is very fibrous with long strong stalks and few flowering buds. Marijuana plants are typically smaller, bushier, and full of flowering buds. However, newer industrial hemp varieties in the USA are being bred to have more flowers and higher yields of cannabinoids and terpenes, such as the Oregon hemp we’re now using! Most of the time, marijuana has a high amount of THC and a very low amount of CBD. Hemp, on the other hand, naturally has higher amounts of CBD (in most instances) and only trace amounts of THC. Fortunately, the cannabinoid profile of hemp is ideal for people looking for benefits from cannabis without the ‘high.’ Historically, hemp has been used to make food products, fiber, rope, paper, bricks, oil, natural plastic, and so much more. In the US, marijuana is usually used both recreationally and medicinally. The term “cannabis oil” can refer to either a marijuana or hemp-derived oil, since marijuana and hemp are two different forms of cannabis. All Hemp Healthy Naturals CBD oils are derived from hemp.

CBD from hemp is widely available across the USA. In 2018, updates to the U.S. Farm Bill legalized the commercial cultivation of hemp under certain regulations. There are a couple states that prohibit our shipping CBD to their residents, and we abide by state law and therefore do not ship to those states. For the best shelf life please store in a cool dark area away from direct sunlight, with low humidity. This will help to preserve the properties of the hemp extract. If properly stored CBD oil may have up to a 1 year shelf life, but if its within a gel cap or something to protect it, it may last longer.

Hemp Healthy Naturals CBD oil is sourced from USA-grown industrial hemp, and may contain trace THC levels below 0.3%. Hemp Healthy Naturals does not guarantee that you will or will not pass a drug screen after consuming our products. It is possible that the trace THC content may show up on various drug screenings.

No. All of our hemp extract products are made from industrial hemp with THC levels below 0.3%. There is no intoxicating effect from taking our products.

You will normally receive your Hemp Healthy Naturals product within 3 to 9 working days, unless you select “local pickup”. In that case, you may receive it the same day or the very next day.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Due to US federal regulations, we ship CBD products to all US states except Idaho, Iowa, Wyoming and South Dakota. We do not ship to these states due to state laws enacted in those states.
